In the past few months I've started to undertake several projects I intend to publish on this site. Rather than continue to extend the old site which was done entirely by hand, I've upgraded to Joomla, an open-source content management system, which should help make site maintenance much easer.

I've already ported all of the existing content to the new site, however in the coming weeks i plan to post:

• Comparisons between some very inexpensive and some very expensive super telephoto lenses
• Comparisons between a variety of teleconverters used on the above lenses
• Review of an inexpensive rollfilm back for 4x5 cameras
• complete teardown of a super cheap carbon fiber tripod.
